• 01.Refund Policy
  Non-Refundable, Rescheduling Policy: Thank you for choosing KG Career Strategies. Please read our policy carefully before booking any sessions:
  
  1. Non-Refundable: All bookings, deposits, and payments are non-refundable. Once your reservation is confirmed or payment is processed, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
  
  2. Rescheduling: Rescheduling is subject to availability. You may reschedule your service to a different date or time, provided you notify us at least 48 business hours in advance for individual services and 72 business hours in advance for group services. Rescheduling requests made after this period may not be accommodated.
  
  3. Rescheduling Fees: A rescheduling fee may apply for any changes made. If the new date or time incurs a higher cost, the difference will be charged. 4. No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your service without prior notice, you forfeit any paid amount and will be unable to reschedule. By booking any session with us, you agree to comply with our non-refundable, rescheduling policy.
